Cup Stacking Challenge


Today students worked in small groups to complete 2 cup stacking challenges. Teams needed to work together to move the cups into different arrangements using 4 pieces of string and 1 rubber band. Only the rubber band could touch a cup. 

I saw lots of creative thinking, teamwork and collaboration as students completed each challenge with a growth mindset. No one gave up when the task was frustrating at the beginning or when cups fell over, and they had to begin again!
