Congratulations!

We were so excited to learn that our story, A True Hero came in 2nd place for Mrs. P.'s 10th Annual National Writing Contest. In addition to the pride we feel, our class will receive a class membership to Buncee Lite, a $25 gift certificate to Powel Books, a book for each student and teacher from Peter Reynolds the author of The Dot, and our classroom will receive a copy the book, The Great Dictionary Caper from Simon and Schuster. Wow!
We are also very honored to learn that Mrs. P. liked our story so much, she will have a video created of it using illustrations we will soon create. Mrs. P will narrate the story, and it will go on her Storytime web site for all to enjoy!
